  • Price:

The price of each product is the price stated on the website at the time of the customer's order. Nockies Palette Wines reserves the right to vary the price from time to time. All prices in New Zealand currency include NZ GST (15%). All prices in Australian currency include Aus GST (10%).

  • Product Availability:

The website shows the range of products available online. However, there will be times when products are no longer available or are available only in limited quantities. 

If products are not available we will notify you without delay. If the vintage has changed we will endeavour to offer you the new vintage which you can purchase at your discretion. 

If we have limited quantities, we reserve the right to restrict quantities for sale to an individual customer. Again, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • Payment:

Payment can be made by credit card through the online ordering system or via internet banking/transfer. Please contact us at wine@nockiespalette.com if you would like to pay via Internet banking. Nockies Palette Wines reserves the right to stipulate the means of payment for any customer.

  • Delivery address:

Due to the uncertainties in rural address delivery, we encourage all of our customers to use non-rural addresses only for wine delivery to avoid unnecessary delays and/or breakage.

  • Guarantee of Quality:

Nockies Palette Wines guarantees that the wine will be delivered in top quality and condition. We expect you to ensure that the wine once delivered to your address is protected from the sun, heat and adverse weather. If you require a refund or replacement for reasons of quality or breakage, you must contact us at wine@nockiespalette.com as soon as possible.

  • Order Processing and Cancellation:

Once an order has been processed through the website it is difficult to cancel it or exchange it for other products. Therefore if you have ordered wine and change your mind you cannot expect to cancel or return it and receive a refund. If you contact us at wine@nockiespalette.com immediately we will try to make changes but we cannot guarantee that.
